Hi-ya everyone! In anticipation for having a few friends over this weekend I thought it would be really fun to turn the bar in my dining room into a Sangria Bar and I got to try out a really fun product that I think is going to change the way you decorate your walls, especially if you need something temporary.
This is what my dining room bar cabinet looks like on a normal day. But I’m always looking for a way to jazz things up when I entertain and so when Command Brand asked me to try out their new Command Décor wall tiles I was really excited at the idea that I could add some really fun decor to my walls without causing any permanent damage.
These wall tiles would be especially cool for adding some personality to your walls if you rent or are in a dorm because they give you the opportunity to add some art to your walls with their over 30 different designs to choose from that you can easily swap out and rearrange as often as you like without poking one single hole in the wall!
This is what my bar area looks like now, all ready for my friends to come over and enjoy some sangria! It was so fun to decorate this sangria bar.
I decided to use my Command Décor wall tiles above the bar cabinet to create a temporary sangria bar.
I took down the mirror that usually hangs above the cabinet and decided on the placement of my wall tiles. You literally take them out of the box, attach the command strip to the back of a base, press to the wall, and then you can easily take it on and off to make it straight using the level that is on the tile. Once you have your bases on the wall, you place the art onto the bases. They literally pop on and off so you can play around until you get them exactly how you want them.
I decided to use one of the designs, the white board tile, and the photo frame tile, that I added my “sangria bar” sign to.
Once I had the wall decor done, I added some fun fabrics for a pop of color, my wine glasses, the sangria mix, and the fruit to the bar.
Ready. Set. Cheers!
Once my gathering is over, I will be able to take these down and peel them off of the wall without any damage. I already have big plans for these wall tiles for the holidays!
You know me, I love to change things up and these are definitely going to open up a whole new way to add art to the walls without the commitment.
